I love the image of standing firm. Committed. Confident. Not arrogant or prideful, but confident... not in myself or my ability, but in God and His. I especially love the image of standing firm AFTER a battle.
Therefore, put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground and after you have done everything to stand. Ephesians 6:13
