Get Fit Friday



This Week's Goal: IF 16:8 every day; get in the gym

Did I meet it? I ended my fast early one day, I did fast over 16 hours most days, and i did get in the gym

This week's average weight: 251

This week's average daily caloric intake:1296

Previous week's average steps per day: 4700

This week's average steps per day: 5212

Previous week's average resting heart rate: 89

This week's average resting heart rate: 89

Biggest Accomplishment: Life... I survived life.. Lol.. no, really, I'm serious. This week was crazy

I'm feeling... excited and hopeful, content, capable, eager to move forward

Next week's Goal: Survive Boot Camp

It's Important to me because: I want to be fit and trim, I don't want to get hurt, I want to prove to myself that I can do this

What I need to succeed: show up... every day
