For the past 2 weeks, I've upped my gym time to twice a day. As a result, I FINALLY lost some more weight! This week's weigh in was -3 pounds! I was SOOOO glad to see that scale move a little!
I started out doing cardio twice a day. Then did some weight lifting in the morning and cardio at night.
Then Thursday of last week, I went to Body Pump. Oh my goodness...SOOOOO sore. That's not a bad thing. At least I know I worked allllll my major muscle groups! HA!
Did it again Saturday to try and get the soreness out. Thought I'd die Sunday, but was feeling better by Monday and fully recovered by Tuesday.
My evening workouts are canceled this week because of VBS. Will get back at it hard next week tho!
I'm not going to measure again til next month but am really excited to see what Body Pump will do for my shape!!!!!
Oh! My Diet! Drinking a protein smoothie for breakfast. I had vegan protein powder and used it all. I like it better than the whey powder i have now. Mix it with almond milk and either frozen banana, strawberries, or blueberries.
Chicken and green veggies the rest of the time. (except when Mrs Liz fixes me a plate before VBS )
And lots and lots of water.
